A joint statement has been issued by the NT Ombudsman, Children's Commissioner and Principal Community Visitor regarding OPCAT funding and the NT Ombudsman thematic investigation report into separate confinement practices in Darwin Correctional Centre tabled in the Legislative Assembly on 22 May 2024.
