Notice of Change to Reception Service Hours

The Ombudsman’s Office has made a small adjustment to its front desk and main line operating hours. As of 1 July 2025, new operating hours for these services will be 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The slight reduction in operating hours for these services is to support our dedicated frontline delivery team in completing time-critical administrative tasks as soon as possible and within work hours. The overall operating hours for the office remain unchanged.
