This report is the result of an investigation conducted pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Ombudsman Act (the Act) following a number of complaints to the Ombudsman’s Office in relation to the subdivision of Sections 3103 to 3105 and part sections 3100 to 3102 and 3106 to 3111, Hundred of Strangways, Beddington Road and Pelly Road, Herbert, approximately 40 kilometres south east of Darwin.
